Can you imagine if there had been a team named the Blackskins. How long do you think that would have lasted? The fact of the matter is that Goodell works for the owners. So, as long as the owners tell him that the name isn’t offensive, he will push their agenda. No logical thinking human being can sit and say that it isn’t offensive if there is a sizeable faction of native americans that believe it is.
